You may occasionally see an iHomefinder error on your website that says:
BaseUrlMismatchError
The address of this page does not match the website URL entered on the Website page of the account's Control Panel.You may also see a general message such as:
Sorry, we are experiencing system issues.This is uncommon, but it can sometimes happen when something changes on the website, such as a WordPress update, plugin update, site URL change, or if the Optima Express registration needs to be refreshed.
How to Refresh Your Optima Express Registration
In many cases, this can be fixed by refreshing the Optima Express plugin registration inside your WordPress Dashboard.
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Optima Express.
- Click Register.
- Click the Refresh Registration link.
- After the registration refreshes, check your IDX pages again to confirm the error is gone.

Why This Happens
This error usually means the website address being loaded does not match the website URL connected to the iHomefinder account.
This may happen if:
- The website was recently updated.
- A plugin or WordPress update affected the registration.
- The website URL changed.
- The iHomefinder registration key was previously connected to another website.
- The plugin registration needs to reconnect with iHomefinder.
